The 2009 Annual Meeting of the Friends of the Brownell Library, always free and open to the public, took place on Thursday, July 16th at 7 P.M. The speaker was: Sam Coale, Professor of American Literature and Culture at Wheaton College, book reviewer for the Providence Journal, theatre, film and book reviewer for the East Side Monthly.
